First Southern Young Leaders is a group of high school seniors chosen for their activities, leadership qualities, and overall interest in the business world.  The purpose of the group is to give the seniors a view of banking, leadership skills and other aspects of business in general.  This is accomplished by meetings with informative business people and visiting places to see close-up how the real world operates.  The meetings are fun and lively and feature various hands-on team-building exercises.     Click here for the guidelines.
